Christian Loubutin, fashion designer par excellence, began his career with Charles Jourdan, one of the most respected shoemakers in Paris. In 1922, he opened his first shop in Paris, making shoes with a distinctive feature: the red sole.

This soon became an icon of the brand, as well as synonymous with luxury and celebrity. A century later, he opened his first shop in New York, launching a revolution, but without renouncing the sole that has always ensured his success.
