Ruslan Baginskiy was founded in 2015 in Lviv, Ukraine. The hat brand started with the production of classic fedoras and straw hats, inspired by archive photos from the early 20th century.

The aesthetic basis of the brand is distinguished by the 'signature initials' added to each hat: hand embroidery, pearls and the RB monogram.
